Where to Get the Best Christmas Trees in Cornwall

Tree-planting sites create a green belt that benefits the area both environmentally and visually. After the holiday season, real trees can be recycled. There are plenty of places around Cornwall where you can pick up a beautiful tree, here's a little list of them;

Cedar Croft Nurseries

  Cedar Croft Nurseries, located near the village of St Tudy, offers an engaging shopping experience. Shoppers are allowed to take a stroll down the Christmas tree nursery trail before selecting their own one-of-a-kind tree from among the thousands available and tying a ribbon around it to reserve it.   Traditional Norway firs, aromatic Noble firs, dense Fraser firs, and more types are available. All of the trees come in a variety of sizes, with the tallest reaching over 15 feet, making them suitable for use as a Christmas tree in the garden.

Healey’s Cyder Farm

  Near Penhallow, is a famous farm known for its award-winning cider, wines, and spirits. Healey's Cyder Farm is also a fantastic spot to buy a Nordmann Christmas tree, which many visitors are unaware of.   Visitors can finish their stay with a stroll around the Christmas market, a festive roast, and the sounds of the choir, completing the Christmas experience.

Laydown Christmas Trees, Penzance

  Every December, Ladydown Christmas Trees, a tiny family business situated in Penzance, grows and sells freshly cut trees.   You may be certain of the finest quality and standard because all five species of trees are manually planted and managed. Each tree is priced separately according on its size and species, with prices ranging from £20 to £100.

Tregaminion and Bruggan Farms, Lizard peninsula

  Pick your perfect tree by strolling through the Christmas tree forest, which is festooned with ornaments and holiday cheer. After you've chosen your selection, the staff will wrap it in plant-based, compostable netting for you to take home. Prices vary based on the quality and style of each tree, as they do at most of these locations, but a 5.5ft to 6.5ft tree costs £30 on average.

Cornish Garden Nurseries

  This family-run nursery and garden centre is popular all year among gardening aficionados and is located near Truro. The garden centre features a large collection of Christmas trees of all sizes in addition to its fruit trees, shrubs, and plants.
