*Minimum length of stay
During Spring and Summer season, we normally place a restriction on the minimum length of stay for reservations. Please refer to the availability pages for details.
Charge basis
Prices quoted for double and twin rooms are based on two people sharing. Where a double room is requested for single occupancy, a 10% discount will be made , subject to availability.
Rooms
All rooms have private en-suite facilities, colour television, beverage making facilities, hairdryers, radio alarm clocks, electronic safe and FREE WIFI.
We have a full license for the sale of alcoholic drinks.
Check in is between 3.30pm and 7.30pm, however if you wish to check in ealier, or later please let us know.
On the day of departure we ask that your room is vacated by 10.00am. We are happy to store any luggage.
When booking accommodation a non refundable deposit, the amount of the first night is requested.
Should a reservation be subsequently cancelled and the accommodation cannot be re-let we reserve the right to charge the the full price for the unoccupied room.
We strongly recommend that holiday insurance be taken out.
Payment can be made by either cash, cheque, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Switch, Solo and JCB.
For the comfort of all guest we do not except pets and operate a non smoking policy throughout the guesthouse.
