Pengelly’s was established on East Looe Quay in 1946 by the Pengelly family, originally selling fish from a horse and cart.  They descended from a long line of fishermen and fishmongers and their tradition of excellence is carried on today by passionate lifelong fishmonger Rob Phillips.
