A word of advice.....................keep doing exactly what you are doing because you are flipping good at it!! As we bumped into the 'Mexican Bandit' in the hall, the photo is for your benefit Liz! Ken & I still recall the truly great- albeit short- time we spent in Looe; especially at your b&b and all the effort you go to,to make guests welcome & comfortable. In fact Yours is the best b&b we have ever stayed in! We both hope to visit you in Looe again, but next time we will stay a lot longer & tour all of Cornwall.
Also I believe my Uncle & Aunt( Ian & Karin Rawlings ) may have booked in to your place around the end of next summer.

Your hotel is just superb-so clean, comfortable and welcoming. The breakfasts are to die for.Looe is a lovely place with some lovely shops and restaurants. Had such a lovely break and will definitely be coming down to see again as soon as we can.

If you want first class Gold Award service, excellent accommodation & friendly proprietors, (who went beyond the call of duty to accommodate our needs), look no further than The Old Bridge House. The breakfasts were of gourmet qualities with a vast selection. The room was beautifully clean, with pristine linen & a vast selection of toiletries & a well stocked complimentary tray. We had previously stayed in 5 star accommodation again in Looe - but the Old Bridge House was far superior. We were sorry to be leaving.Best wishes to you both.

This is an absolutely cracking hotel! Absolutely charming and with bags of character, just like the owners Liz and Colin, who make you feel extremely welcome and do their level best to look after you. The room was lovely and the bathroom so immaculate you'd swear it'd only been fitted the day before. As for the breakfasts, well let's just say they're worth the trip alone, and perfect fuel for that walk along the coastal path to Polperro!

I have to say that the hotel was absolutely outstanding. The owners Colin and Liz were the perfect hosts and were very welcoming at the time of arrival. I thought that the breakfast was very nice and yummy, great variety of breakfast choices. The room was very clean and big which was very nice. The ensuite bathroom was very modern and very clean also. Nice hospitality trays in the room and ensuite. I'd definatelt stay at the hotel again.

Thanks very much for ensuring we had a very relaxing & comfortable 4 days.
It goes without saying that everything was spot-on.
The thing that stood out the most was all the neat little touches that make for total relaxation. This is something that bigger [supposedly] professional Hotels still seem to make a mess of all too often. as we found out on our way home via Bournemouth !!!
The supposedly simple things are all too easily messed up by many establishments, but you don't miss out on anything; a prime example being the excellent welcome - & an equally tasty & well presented cappuccino on our arrival.
The eating out advice was also welcome.
We will definitely be returning & letting our friends, relatives [& business acquaintances] also know all about your Hotel especially the ones who enjoy a superb breakfast.

An ideal location to explore Cornwall and for those of you without a car, you can get around using public transport quite well from Looe. Colin and Liz treated us like family and I would recommend The Old Bridge House as a relaxing, comfortable and affordable 'home away from home'.

Your guest house is in a great central position with lots to see in the harbour from our bedroom window. The rooms are well equipped and spotless. (I know because I dropped a very small earring stud and had to perform a fingertip search under the bed!) And what a great breakfast. Had a super holiday in Looe, not least because of this splendid accommodation and hope to return one day soon.

Our stay at the Old Bridge House was most enjoyable. We were welcomed to the house which is in a superb location with great views and perfect for absorbing the atmosphere of the town, the coast and Cornwall. What an excellent location to spend a few days. The atmosphere is rather like sitting at home with your best mate. The rooms are spotless and the breakfast well worth waiting for, it will keep you going all day. If you can get a room with a river view, you will be amazed how lively the place is, with fishing and sail boats coming and going. Liz and Colin really do make you feel welcome and sitting in the bar at night, overlooking the river after a meal in the quaint town is just ideal. We will return.
